Itinerary
We will visit the Duomo which houses the Last Supper by Tiepolo, in addition
to the large paintings by Andrea Celesti. Desenzano is the birthplace of
St. Angela Merici and in Piazza Malvezzi still stands the statue in his honor,
in addition to the Palazzo del Provveditore Veneto and Palazzo Todeschini
overlooking the picturesque old port. Also in Desenzano there are the remains
of a Roman villa that preserves splendid late-antique mosaics inside.
