Itinerary
The tour will start from the esplanade in front of the Castel Nuovo better known as Maschio Angioino, one of the symbolic castles
of the city of Naples. Then you will walk along the Teatro San Carlo to admire its splendid façade. The San Carlo is the most
important theater in the city of Naples and the first theater in Europe strongly desired by Charles III of Bourbon. Subsequently it
will be entered in the Galleria Umberto I, a masterpiece of iron and glass built in the nineteenth century, and then reach Piazza
del Plebiscito the largest and most spectacular square in Naples, today a frame of cultural events and concerts. Its distinctive
features are the Church of San Francesco di Paola, with its neoclassical colonnade and the interior inspired by the Pantheon of
Rome, and the majestic Palazzo Reale, built in 1600 by Domenico Fontana.
Afterwards you will move on the promenade of Naples, from where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the gulf and where
the Castel dell'Ovo stands majestically another symbol of the city. The tour will end in the Villa Comunale.
